Kamila Kasprzak

Kamila joined Colliers in September in 2017 and now works as aassociate director in the Corporate Finance and Living Services | CEE. Kamila provides advisory and strategic consultation to our clients and prepares reports, teasers, memoranda and other documents. She is managing transactions, researches, analyses and document preparation, including transaction documentation. Apart from that, she manages the workflow within department and cooperation with other departments and Colliers offices in different locations.

Previously Kamila has worked in a e-mobility company, where, as one of the founders, she held the role of import manager, responsible for the whole process from product searches, selection, negotiations and importing goods (e-scooters, e-bikes and various others). She has strong international working background gained while cooperating with Asian suppliers (mainly from China, India and Pakistan) and while living in Russia. She has also worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Health in Poland.

Kamila studied applied linguistics and has earned MA in Journalism and Social Communication from Warsaw University.

Kamila has advised on selected BTR and PBSA transactions in Poland and the CEE region, supporting buy‑side and sell‑side processes, joint venture structuring and equity raising for international developers and institutional investors. Her responsibilities have covered transaction execution, preparation of investor and IC materials, coordination of due diligence processes, market and risk analysis, and close interaction with cross‑border teams and capital providers. This experience gives her a solid understanding of capital structuring, investor requirements and local market dynamics across living sector strategies.

She is a CCIM and ULI member.
