Georgi Kirov

Georgi Kirov is a Partner and Director of Investment Advisory Services at Colliers. He started his career as a consultant in the Office Agency department in 2002. Shortly after, he took part in the establishment of the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services department, which he has been heading since 2006. Georgi has been responsible for a number of landmark transactions on the Bulgarian market, including the sale of Business Park Sofia, the acquisition of the DHL Logistics Center (representing the buyer, Landmark), as well as significant investment analyses and property valuations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
