Maximilian Mendel is Co-Founder of SPHERE Asset Management – a dynamic new venture that creates opportunities for collaboration in the Polish living sector and beyond. Before founding SPHERE, he served as Managing Director at Zeitgeist Asset Management, overseeing the company’s Polish branch and related SPV structures.
His career also includes roles as Senior Director and Head of Living Investment at JLL and Partner at REAS | Residential Advisors. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has built extensive expertise across investor relations, transactions, asset management, property development, leasing and operations, advisory, and research.
He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and of the Urban Land Institute, where he co-chairs the ULI Urban Living Product Council in Poland.
